About the Business

The Channings group of nurseries provides nursery care for babies, toddlers and pre-school children in four nurseries serving the Oldham, Chadderton, Royton, Newhey and Milnrow areas. In Autumn 2015, we will open our fifth nursery off Lower Whitworth Road, Rochdale. We have over twenty five years of nursery care experience, our first nursery was opened by Catherine Hoggard (B.A. Hons PGCE), in Newhey in 1989.

Each of our nurseries is located in a building of character, and has its own special features. Please see Nurseries for details. Whilst our nurseries have their own individual attractions, much of our childcare planning and practice is common to all nurseries in the group.
