Each staff member has received a comprehensive induction programme covering subjects such as Paediatric First Aid, Basic Food Hygiene and the extensive nursery practices to familiarise themselves with our standards and procedures. Our nursery staff receives regular training and updates provided by Bournemouth Borough Council, either by attending courses or through cascaded on-site training.
