About the Business
I am Ofsted registered (August '07) and a member of the PACEY(Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years). Since registering I have completed my NVQ Level 3 Childrens Care, Learning and Development Qualification and have recently gained the Herts Quality Standard for childcare Award. At my last Ofsted inspection (February 2011) I was graded 'outstanding'.
I wanted to help 'balance the books' at home, but still be available for her and our son. Having frequently enjoyed looking after nephews, nieces and close friends children, childminding was the obvious way forward. Now that our 2 children are older I want to be able to offer the same love, support and stability that a home based environment gives to other little ones!
