About the Business

Jen is responsible for the selection and placement of permanent nursery staff including Managers. I am an NNEB qualified Nursery Nurse with over 15 years childcare experience. My experience includes working in various settings as a Nanny, Crèche Manager, Nursery Nurse, and then room leader through to Nursery Manager with a leading Childcare group. I also gained extensive recruitment experience with a national childcare agency both in supporting staff to find suitable positions and providing Nurseries with solutions to their staffing requirements before setting up KiddyKare.

Sue supports the office team including accounts, admin, policies and manages the processing of Crb's. I am a mother and qualified teacher who understands the importance of maintaining the correct level of high quality staff in the education sector. I also have extensive experience of the selection and development of staff, having managed my own services business for several years before Jen and I set up KiddyKare.
