About the Business
Hi, I'm Lin, an Ofsted registered childminder based in Elm Park (north east London) with over 24 years of experience. I live within a 5 minute walk from Elm Park underground station (district line), with my husband Chris and my two children, George (25) and Alice (20). During term time, my children are away at university studying Engineering and Physics, but during holidays they also live at home.
We live in a three bedroom house with a play room and large secure garden equipped with children's toys and activities for all ages. We are a smoke free home and I also like to promote healthy meals, along with the occasional treats the children and I bake. We have a friendly chocolate Labrador, Bob, who is used to being dressed up and playing hide and seek with the children, since he has been around kids since he was a puppy. We also have a well fussed cat, Dibz, and chickens, which the children love to be involved with, helping with feeding and collecting eggs.
