About the Business

My name is Joanne Clark and I am an Ofsted registered Childminder and my provision has been awarded "good" on my recent inspection. I am 45years old, married and have 3 children aged, 20,11 and 9and live on the Broomhill estate of Ingleby Barwick. Little Bookworm Childminding is a place where your child will be welcomed into a fun, safe and educational setting. I work towards the Early Years Learning and Development requirements which helps your child learn the necessary foundations for good future progress through school and life. I choose the healthier option and I walk to school, no messing about the the car being stuck in the Ingleby traffice!

I will always take the opportunity to undertake any further training supplied by the Local Authority to further my skills. I have recently taken a course in early language and communication which is a programme which is ongoing explaining the importance of early communication with young children.
