Tigerlily have over 15 years' experience in the nanny industry. Our aim is to help you find you the best possible Nanny or Maternity Nurse without you having to go through the often stressful, frustrating and time consuming recruitment process yourself. We have a very strict nanny registration policy and take time to gain a detailed understanding of each candidate and the type of role that would be most suitable. Many parents come to Tigerlily after trying to source a nanny via job boards and finding that they didn't make the best choice. Many of our candidates have been known to Tigerlily for many years, nearly all our candidates come via recommendation - we have the time, experience and know the right questions to ask. We also find that nannies can be more confident in speaking about their preferences and requirements to an agency than when dealing directly with the family.
