About the Business
When bringing my daughter, I was very nervous about leaving L. as she is clingy, but all the staff put my mind at ease and when she has been upset they have rang and informed me when she has settled. Carly is wonderful and L. loves coming. I am always kept in the loop and all the staff are lovely.
I was apprehensive about C. starting at nursery after being off work for so long but as soon as we come to look round Ossett Childcare, C. and I both felt very welcome and I knew C. would be in good hands with Carly. Since C.started he has loved coming everyday and has settled in really well forming loase bonds with both staff and other children. Thank you for talking such good care of C. and for making sure he always has lots of fun.
I love this nursery! All the staff are so friendly and keep me regularly updated on E.'s days/progress. They give E. the attention she needs and work closely with me giving help and advice with regards to E.'s additional needs.
