About the Business
We have a rather thick information pack containing all our policies and procedures which we encourage you to review. In particular, you may wish to familiarise yourself with the Settling-in policy, Behaviour Management policy, Medical Emergency procedures, Non-collection of Child procedure, Safeguarding Children policy and Complaints procedure.
If you are a current child's parent/carer we will email a ziped copy to you, please send a request via Email you are prospective parent and I'll send it out within a day or so.
The Manager and team is qualified and experienced to deliver an Outstanding Setting, however we always welcome the views and suggestions of parents to ensure the setting relects the need of local families. We have a Parent's Forum each term and encourage parents to share their skills - playing an instrument, nursing, woodwork, showing more unusual pets etc. We have even held Granparent's days so they can get together.
