I'm Paula Cornwell, the Managing Director of Town and Country Nannies, and I'm passionate about excellence in childcare. Wherever you live, we aim to provide first class childcare and first class service, every step of the way.

I know that nothing is more important than giving your children the very best possible care, and I take childcare very seriously. When I moved into childcare recruitment I found that other agencies didn't share my high standards and concern for quality, safety, and matching the right nanny with the right family; that's why I set up Town and Country Nannies in January 2012.

How did I come to set up my own nanny agency? Well, I worked for many years in in child protection, and know more than most about the importance of taking great care of children. As a working mother I employed a number of nannies to look after my own daughter, so I know just how you feel when entrusting your precious children to someone else.
