About the Business
Cairellot Nursery was established in 1993 with the simple ethos that all children have the right to quality childcare and education. Twenty years on, their ethos remains unchanged and coupled with their guiding principle that 'learning never stops', they are unbelievably proud of the facility they have built and the team of equals who have built it. From their youngest trainee, to their oldest director, they are a care establishment that is driven through service excellence. They believe their biggest resource is their staff and they foster an environment where individuals are self motivated and committed to meeting their full potential, and know that this can only be gained where they are allowed to become full and integral parts of the nursery operation, actively involved in driving positive change.
