About the Business
Our Mission is to create a fun, vibrant and interactive setting where each of the children in our care is respected as an individual. We strive to create a trusting bond between our staff and the children that they are assigned to care for. An equal bond is also essential with the parents who trust First Steps to care for their children. This ethos applies company wide from nursery care to our childrens holiday camps and birthday parties. We welcome all comments in relation to our company from our customers being posted on these forums and feel that by sharing your experience with other parents our nursery can hopefully build a strong network of supportive customers who are happy to share their thoughts on their childcare provider.
