About the Business

Guisborough Out of School Club is a family business. Mother and daughter partnership, Michelle Dixon and Danielle Hill lead the setting which can care for children aged 9 months to 11 years. We provide breakfast care, after school care and holiday care as well as full day care and the nursery wraparound service. Set within the safe and secure grounds of Highcliffe Primary School, the setting has ample space with large outdoor playing areas. The after school building is informal and relaxed with children able to choose their own activities.

Structured activities are available everyday, with practitioners planning anything from outdoor games to arts and crafts. The nursery is vibrant and lively, with activities again available everyday however practitioners encourage children to choose what they would like to do. The informal approach to learning gives children freedom to express themselves through play. There are two rooms within the nursery, the toddler room and the nursery room.
