They are in the best position to understand your child's individual needs and to share information with you about your child's experiences in Pre-school. Key Workers keep comprehensive records of your child's development enabling them to produce individual "Play Plans" to help them learn and develop. Our record keeping is shared with you and your input always appreciated.
