About the Business
As a OFSTED OUTSTANDING childminder, I believe that all children are entitled to childcare which encourages and celebrates their unique characteristics, fascinations and enthusiasms. It is important to identify all childrens strengths and interests at every stage in their development to ensure this can be done. By working closely with parents, sharing observations and information about their child, tuning in early to the range of strengths, interests and passions displayed by the child, I am able to gain an valuable insight into their potential and plan opportunities that enable this to be celebrated and nurtured.
The earliest years are a critically important time, choosing the right childcare environment for your child is key to ensuring that they are not only happy, but that they are given the opportunity to shine and develop. This is where I come in.
