My name is Teresa Serle. I am a very experienced Mummy, Childminder and Early Years Teacher. I have worked with young children for over 20 years and I have four delightful children of my own. I can provide your child with a positive learning experience within a secure and warm home environment. I am very proud of my outstanding setting where children of all ages play and learn together. I will provide your child with a safe and secure environment in which to learn and develop. I have a current First Aid Certificate and I have completed the NCMA course, 'introduction to childminding'and I am fully approved by Ofsted, judged as outstanding in my March 2012 Ofsted inspection. I also use baby signing to communicate with the youngest children. With my knowledge of child development and a focus on your child's individual needs, your child will flourish in my care.
