About the Business
Melanie's Minding is a home based, Ofsted registered, childminding service located in Felixstowe, Suffolk. I was born in Ipswich and, having settled with my family in Felixstowe, I am pleased to be able to offer my home and care for children of all ages, from birth, through the early years and to pre school and beyond. Full and part time places are available. I also offer before and after school care.
I understand the demands of meeting a happy home and work life balance - as a childcare provider I will work with parents to support their needs whilst catering to their children's learning and development in a warm, loving and fun-filled environment.
Relevant qualifications are important and reassure parents of the standard of care their children can expect to receive from me. I have a BA (Hons) Degree in Childhood and Youth Studies and also hold Early Years Professional Status. I am fully qualified in paediatric first aid and hold a current DBS certificate.
