About the Business
Parrywood Childcare was founded in 2011 by Claire Parry and Vanessa Wood. Claire and Vanessa have worked together for a number of years and are both qualified to degree level. Claire and Vanessa are both registered Early Years Professionals (EYP). They currently operate three Pre-Schools; Parrywood Pre-School in Eastleigh, The Village Pre-School in Upham and Wickham Pre-School, in Wickham. It is our objective to make our Pre-Schools accessible to children and families from all sections of the community.
At all our Pre-Schools, parents and children can expect courteous and prompt attention to their needs. Each Pre-School is run independently by a team of qualified managers and staff, with each school working to achieve the same high standards in care and education. In each of our settings we have staff who are qualified Makaton Sign Language users, and we use it as part of our daily routine (during registers, singing nursery rhymes) and we also encourage the children to use the signs.
