About the Business

Play Away Day Nurseries was established in 1990 in response to a growing need for quality childcare in Hampshire. As childcare professionals we left our respective careers as primary class teacher and principal social worker both working for Hampshire County Council to establish the first baby nursery within the county.

Each of our nurseries offers an environment which enables children to develop their self-esteem and potential during the crucial formative years. As we have grown our aim remains the same, to provide an environment that offers the very best start for the children in our care. By working in partnership with parents we believe children can grow, learn and develop their true and deserved potential.
