About the Business
I have a CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education and a vast knowledge of child development. Over the years I have attend a variety of courses including Sensory Room training, Toddler Yoga, Babies Can Sign, Makaton, Read Away, Creating an Environment for 0-18months, as well as essential courses such as Paediatric First Aid and Basic Food Hygiene.
I feel I can offer and warm, friendly, fun environment for children to play, learn and develop. I have a wide variety of resources to suit the age and stage of all children including a role play area that contains a kitchen, dressing up clothes, dolls and prams and a cosy area with books for quiet times. I have an enclosed area to the rear of my house for outdoor play and I also spend lots of time out of the house visiting local parks, playgroups, farms, soft play centres, libraries etc.
I treat every child as an individual. I follow the Early Years Foundation stage and do daily planning to suit individual children's needs and wants.
