About the Business

All employees have been carefully selected with regard to their experience and knowledge of childcare and education. Only the highest calibre of staff is selected to work at the nursery and we encourage all staff to undertake regular internal and external training to keep their skills up to date. We are a small team which work closely together to provide the best care for your child.

A qualified Early Years Professional, Kate has 15 years of experience and expertise in the childcare sector. She has spent the last 10 years working within the Bows and Arrows Family of Nurseries and was instrumental in setting up the Triangle Nursery. Kate is a qualified Level 3 Forest School Teacher.

Donna has a BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies and over 10 years experience working in Ofsted approved Nurseries. She has recently returned to work after having her second child and is excited to be back involved in nursery life and being out into the woods.
