About the Business
The Scottish Office approved Alsorts Out of School Care as a voluntary organisation in May 1993. A working group of local people was then set up to progress the project. The official start date was 1 June 1994 and the first child started with the project in October. We have a Service Level Agreement with Stirling Council.
Alsorts aims to provide a welcoming, safe and fun environment that meets the needs of the children and parents attending the provision. Children and parents will be welcomed, valued, respected and treated in a polite, professional and efficient manner.
The basic aim of the project is to provide childcare before and after school and during school holidays to children of primary school age. The children should attend Borestone, Braehead, St Ninians, St Mary's, Bannockburn Primary Schools and Castleview during term-time.
